People who think peppermint usually think green so we use it as our St. Paddy's Day blend, too. Candy Cane(Peppermint Crème) makes a good hot tea and serves as a good base for a peppermint tea latte - just add sweetener when it's hot and mix thoroughly. If serving over ice, mix sweet tea with 1% or 2% milk and pour over ice. At Christmas, we serve with peppermint sticks as stirrers.
