Charleston Tea Plantation, site of the Specialty Tea Institute's Foundations of Tea training in September 10-12, 2009, has posted a two-minute video that is educational and well worth the brief view.  For all of us who are interested in continuing our tea education through classes, seminars, or otherwise, it's surprising how much information can be tucked into two minutes.
